* To advocates and promotes adoption and implementation of laws, policies and legal frame-works for strengthening women human rights and social economic development for women and girls in Tanzania.
* To enhance and strengthen capacity of women and girls to challenge and address women human rights abuse, gender based violence, sexual violence and sexual abuse in Tanzania.
* To advocate and promote equitable access and active participation to the local government leadership, governance, service and resources for women and girls in Tanzania.
* To advocate and strengthen capacity women and girls to freely and openly communicates, discuss, debates and decides their sexual reproductive health and rights in Tanzania.
Advocates and increase access to sexual reproductive health and HIV/AIDS youth friendly services for adolescent girls and young people in Tanzania
Conducts evidence based advocacy to advance women human rights and promote equitable distribution of resources on SRHR and HIV/AIDS for adolescent girls and young people in Tanzania
Empowers SRHR and HIV/AIDS services providers on SRHR quality services provision and ethitical issues for adolescent girls and young people in Tanzania
Builds capacity of women and girls at the grass root for strengthening community based SRHR and HIV/AIDS monitoring to increase access and quality services provision.
